Fade out of a grid by using a mask

- See thread in p.newuser
- The scene can be found in p.test.scene-files
- The image has been rendered with 3200x1800 and scaled down
to avoid gaps in the farther away grid lines.

Ok, here's my second try.
Actually it made my yesterday but the good looking grid was worth
it. This time it is not scaled down but rendered with aa method 2,
a threshold of 0.0 and a depth of 3. Yes the adaptivity is lost then
but the grid lines required the supersampling. The render time was
approx. 2h 40m so this is more a proof of concept for the grid type
which is sketched in the second image (please not the great Gimp artwork!).
