Fantastic image. Is it just me though or is the earth tilted on its side
here? You seem to have north and south America running from left to
right in the image meaning North is to the left and South is to the
right, however you have the sun shinning from the south and it's
nighttime in the north suggesting that the planet rotates on an east
west axis? Or am I looking at the image wrong?

Hmm... I tilted the earth (and the sun too) by 30 degrees to the
counter-clockwise. If you rotate it back, you will see that the current
view represents some time around late September.... if you look really
closely, you can still see parts of Canada.

I thought your stars looked very realistic. Most very small - just
specks - with some larger ones.
Then I found that it was the dust on my screen.

Ahh... after days of being away... I finally see this. Do you mean the
decayish tint at the shadow line? Yeah, well, it's actually a sunrise in
this position. If atmosphere is developed correctly, this will happen
automatically by physics.
