My stereotypical first image post... nothing remarkable.

I've been using POVRay for a little over a year now, and have been reading
the newsgropus pretty avidly. However, I never really posted much.

Any comments/questions/criticism welcome!

The first post is always remarkable. It's the beginning for someone to
post and for "old people" to get seen more good, new ideas and nice tracing.

Cool idea and a nice pic. Welcome onboard.

Nice image. Did you choose the light's position on purpose to create those
thin white vertical lines?

I actually got lucky here. I meant to rotate the light source by a random
number around the y axis, but only put rand(seed(1969)), without
multiplying it by 360, which obviously yielded very little rotation. The
thin white stripes were a lucky coincidence. I liked them, so I left the
light where it was. [I'll upload the source to the appropriate newsgroup in
case anyone is interested.]

Thanks for the compliments, all!
