Since Alain kindly showed me a more efficient way of constructing
transparent shells, I had to try another usage.
If one of these seeds washes up on the shore of your world, DO NOT plant it.

Like Terry Pratchett said - if you put something like that on something,
someone like Archancellor Ridcully, WILL plant it. :)
Very nice - looks evil in a sci-fi kind of way. Love the background too - a
Colefax nebula?

Stefan, yes it is a Colefax galaxy.inc nebula ... love his include file!
Marc, you want seeds, read "Day of the Triffids" ;-) ... I have a pack of
"Triffid seeds" I picked up at a science fiction con years ago. So far, and
wisely, I have not planted them.

An excellent SF book, I recommend it too! "Le jour des Triffides" in French
version. (by John Wyndham)
There was also a movie, but not as good as the book.
