POV-Ray : Newsgroups : povray.binaries.images : detail in another ship Server Time

Here is a second ship. I have added the seat and dash. I will be working on
the UV for this model as well.

I have come to the conclusion that UV mapping is as much of the task as the
modeling. The first ship in the background has a planer map on the main

things wrong with it but they are not obvious.

I still need to find the method for the new model.



On a side note I just looked at the XSI site and found that they have a
version of XSI for $495 that comes with Mental Ray. I am spending the next
month exploring the demo.

Looks fantastic!

The modeling is very good, as are the textures.

Thanks to all for the compliments.
I am currently rending an animation. Nothing special. Just camera zooming
into the ships. I plan a battle scene. More to come.
