Because it's a very urbanized, high density Eskimo area? ;-)

Thanks... but this was just a quickie ... the igloos are from Chris Colfax's
wonderful City includes ... the rockets (from scratch by me) and the
concept, however, is all from my own twisted brain.

All the best in return.  Great image.  Like they blasted up though the 
clouds only to discover there are some eskimo living up there.  And the 
rocket ornaments recalling the fanciful Santa Claus flying sleigh.  Oh 
no!  This isn't star wars shooting down the sleigh. is it?
