I love the geometric elements in the tunnel picture. And the radiosity
is working great.

Really gorgeous lighting! And the composition and rythhm of "couloirs" is
very inviting. One thing: The concrete texture on the vertical faces of the
bank and stairs across the water could be better mapped, I think, but that
is a very minor point.

Your interior with furniture is delicious; I am very impressed by your
work.

Nice! But the mirror finish on the coffee table's frame, and the fact that
the table is perfectly centered over the rug, gives the illusion that parts
of the table are transparent. Maybe move the table just off center, enough
to break the reflection lines?

Very natural lighting in both images (though it's a bit strange to see furniture
in a large empty space!).

The bumps on the concrete in the tunnel look great. Is it an image map or a bump
map?

Jerome, thats fantastic :) Btw is the source available to any of these
images? I'm doing some programming work with radiosity and I'd love to use
your scenes as tests.

Thanks,
George

I am sorry !
but the source are presently not available due to recent computer issues (it
crashed 2 weeks ago and i lost many files).

That is the reason why i posted these pictures which were "Works in
progress" but not progressing any more :)
I think i still have my sofas (made in CSG with moray).

For radiosity tests, the cornell box or the
winOsi(http://www.winosi.onlinehome.de/Comp1.htm) scenes are perfect, isn't
it ?

(Up to now, I have never achieved a perfect cornell box with pure radiosity
in Povray)
I hope that povray unofficial releases such as Mlpov (with unlimited count)
will
help me in this quest.

PS : The tunel texture was just an image map. Besides, it is quite useful to
have such a texture since artifacts cannot be detected on the wall. Thus,
very simple scene with color as texture is a good way to experiment
radiosity.
I plan to post in scene-files such a scene since you requested it, George.

Have a nice day,

The tunnel scene is *almost* photorealistic. The water looks somewhat
CGish. It looks like you used plain normals for the water. It would look

Er, yeah, well both of those pretty much ROCK!

The tunnel is simple yet strangely appealing and interesting to look at...
The furniture looks really fabulous :-)

Really really nice work.
Andrew.
