Looking good, but it looks asthough all the hairs are 100% straight, to
combat this maybe try using two levels of media (just a guess).

Wow! That's impressive. I tried using media for fur once but I couldn't get
enough opacity to suit me. I see some of that here, but your efforts turned out
far better than mine.
Maybe use some turb to make it a bit more wavy.
