Recently "playing" with light probes and HDR using MegaPov.
Second example, light probe of our tearoom at work (simple
sphere model by Christoph Hormann).

hey, i realized something: HDRI images are quickly becoming a staple of
raytraced images just like reflective-spheres-over-checkered-boards once
were. They are a quick way to setup a stunning scene to demo the
technology to friends...

Certainly, I put almost no effect into this and yet the results are
surprisingly realistic. It also takes me back 15 years when I was using
Radiance ... one often didn't need to worry about light levels because the
output was HDR (.hdr was .pic) and you adjusted the exposure in "post".

The probes look fairly good, can you make them available for DL? (I can't
get enough of them... I need help...)
