Miranda-Class Light Cruiser, ca. 2275
Prior to Class II Refit
(Artist's Concept)
Sorry, once again, about 'broken' attachments...I still don't have a
good alternative to using Pan.

As suggested, if you're using linux, try either knode or thunderbird.
If you're using windows, thunderbird is quite good as well.

I tried knode, but the version that comes with my Slackware seems to lack
the ability to handle attachments at all...
I'll try Thunderbird again, but my last attempt at using it for news left
me underwhelmed.

I have been using knode for a number of years now, current version 0.10.2,
and have never had any problems with attachments. Except for the multipart
ones.

Now that I've done some detailing on the Miranda-class, here it is
again. Comments?

Looks great, even in thunderbird. :)

Well, TBird isn't the greatest newsreader ever, but on the plus side,
it's very functional and since it is spec compliant, no matter what you
post, others *should* be able to read it.

Using Thunderbird. Prety good, just lack the ability to recombine multipart and decode
missformed
yEncoded attachments.

I'm using jPatch, and I didn't know that there was a contest or
anything...just did it for fun. The greebles are a surface normal using
a bump map.
