This time I've combined two spheres - one for the reflection (blurrier
in the middle, sharper at the edges) and one for the refraction (sharp
in the middle, blurry at the edges).
Currently it just has a linear interpolation of blurriness between the
center and the edge, but that should be easy to change to angle^2 (or
something even more aggressive like tan(angle)^2/2.5 or tan(angle)^3/4).
Comments? Opinions?
