simple object... not very satisfied. is "roller painting" a right name 
for this ?

Hey, that's pretty neat. Kind of like a sales advertisement picture.

I think the name is commonly called roller brush. I've used them a few times 
myself and at some point they can look like your rendering. In fact, I just 
remembered I still have one that is probably on its last paint/cleanup cycle 
(the disposable brush part anyway).
:)
When these are cleaned, or new, they have a fuzzier or furrier appearance 
than this, though, so maybe you need paint drips and finger marks on that 
handle. Seems like there's paint already on the roller but with the color of 
the brush itself.

Great modelling of it.

"Roller painting" would imply (at least to me) the act of using it 
rather than the name of it.  In American English it would be called a 
"paint roller".
