Yet Another Grass Macro

Early WIP, will be improved with smooth triangles.

Interesting future is that grass/land use mipmap / LOD (level of detail) 
setting, somewhere dependent of where camera is.

Btw, it's a (small) part of animation that with with now I'm helping a 
friend.
