Single frame from my matrix-like animatiov ver 0.10
Animation of v 0.05 is in .b.animation and so will be next version
(probably tomorrow)
The 0010101111 patterin is made by my C++ program and saved as .df3 density
file. My program was needed, because this patterin is animated (64 frames).
There are 2 patterns smaller and bigger, giving total of 128 .df3 files
occuping 55 MB (but only 3 MB after .zip compresion :)
This is my first Pov animation for commercial company that I'm making :)
Ofcourse this texts "Raf256.com "Demo animation" are only for testing
purposes.

it looks good, however in the matrix the characters were japanese (or a very
similar language) iirc and instead of flowing through the objects the
characters passed over the surface, but I'm just being picky. I do like the
effect you have obtained though.

I ques that is due to double extension of file name
matrix-v010.frame186.png
suprising amount of news clients handle this file wrong (they use the first
.xxx as extension, not the last).
Image is also available (at most time) here
http://62.233.182.161/tmp/matrix/matrix-v010.frame186.png
(but probalby stupid Internet Explorer may have simillar problems opening
it, does it?)
and also I put image in smaller .jpg in this message attachment

I still can't see it. It's not a problem with the extension, it is just
the attachement, I see the "begin 644" ... thing
And I'm too lazy to try to decode it by hand ... :-)
I use Mozilla 1.4 by the way,
But I got it with the link,

They were mirror-image katakana, which is one of the japanese phonetic
syllabaries, mostly; I believe some scenes used digits, sometimes binary,
sometimes decimal, both with and without the 'matrix' characters also
included -
I could be wrong about the combinations, but there was definitely one scene
with
digits because we fly 'through' the zero, and the 'matrix' characters are
definitely mirror-image katakana, and there are almost certainly people out
there obssesive enough to have listed all the glowing-green-characters
scenes and
which characters are used and what font they're from, but that wouldn't be
me.
(I only know about the katakana because I can read and speak some small
amount
of japanese...)

Just FYI, the characters in the matrix 'code' are computer glyphs. These are
similar to old P.Cs (Atari STe,etc.)IMHO. They showed binary code (i.e
programs) in this form when you tried to open it with a text editor.
It took years to show it, and usually crashed the machine (Just me? Heh)
