Was messing around with some hair ball thing and a low-res home-made HDRI 
light probe of my living room (made using the sphere on a kinetic art toy).  
There are no lights in this scene.  When I moved the camera up to look down 
at the hair you can see that it casts a shadow on the HDRI sphere in the 
background.  Isn't that strange?  So does the HDRI light probe sphere 
project light in a parallel fashion (to the sphere's normal)?
