Hey, nifty! I love the outlines -- it looks like a cartoon. I'll also echo
the "Tron" reference.

Sorry, it was an inhibited spontaneous reaction due to work-related
stress.

Bloody nice image though!

Thank you very much everybody. I'm glad that you like
(and hate ;) my shape.

2 wallpaper versions (1024x768) can now be found here:

http://home.no/t-o-k/povray/Trivariates09_-12ud1024x768.jpg
(The last one is upside down)

I have not seen the Tron movie, so I am curious about
the look of any similar shapes/colors within it. I'll go
googling for still images tomorrow.

My PC is rendering an animation of this shape now, which
I'll post when it's done (if I can find a useable MPEG-
encoder somewhere on the net).

I had the same thought. Nice imagery regardless.

Found some pictures here:

I think I understand why the colors land outlines(?)
remind you of this.

Now I want to see the moive !

Does your stress come from lack of time?
(Or is it 4th dimension itself that causes it? ;)

Btw: Can you tell more about your 4D-work ?

Thanks.

The latter. Stratovarius have it pretty well put down. Look at their
discography -- they have an album called "4th Dimension" and a song in
there "Lord of the Wastelands" :)

>Btw: Can you tell more about your 4D-work ?

Technical assistance (for the boss) & project management (for the
minions) for a 4D-based image database with desktop (PC and Mac) and
web access. Bloody pain in the ... to develop within such a limited
environment but what the heck, it feeds the family.

Follow-ups set.
