Can anyone advise me as to what is going on? On many posts such as this
one I do not get an image but rather a block of garbage text. I am
using Mozilla as my newsreader.

I think it's because Raf256 is using Mime with 8-bit headers, or at least
not the uuencoding such as I have my outgoing messages set for here.

The kid who took the chain saw to your peach orchard needs some serious
time out.

This time the encoding is fine. I can see the image in Mozilla.
So long,

This one works. Looks like a promising start, I think you need to begin
the branching only after a certain point so that the smaller branchees
are farther out in the sun.

The trunks seem cut off. They should keep branching until they are as
thin as the branches. Also, in my eyes there's a small problem with the
scale. With the length/thickness ratio of tha grass leaves they look
like they're the size of the leaves in an average lawn, so the trees
look like they're about 30 cm tall. If you keep tweaking it this could
turn out to be something really good.
