This is the final version (4) of "The Shallows I" with all the
changes/improvements I have been working on since the preceding one. I
have not planned any further work on this scene and am now concerned
with work on "The Shallows II".
Render was spread over approximately a month, with the cumulated render
time being 41 hours.

Inspiring!
Railway metal is tasty, the water reflectivity is dreamy, and distant
perspective (both aerial and geometrical) feel mind escaping wide !

Many thanks indeed! Those were things I was after.

Hi Thomas,
Much better, the train no longer looks out of place in the scene and the
clothing is much better in this version.
Awaiting the next instalments in this series.

Thanks Sean! Such little details can have such big effects. I am
sometimes too lazy/impatient to properly attend to them. ;-) And
sometimes not...

Working on them.

Really a good scene!
Now you have to write a little tale about the history behind the scene...

Aha! /that/ will develop along with the next two scenes... if I can find
the time. At the moment I am a bit puzzled /where/ this is leading me,
to tell the truth. However, the second scene is on its way, and the
third is at the "Schroedinger's Cat" stage presently. :-)
Thanks Paolo!

Oh yes, indeed. Scene two seems to go the same way in that respect,
maybe a little less...
