Just something I whipped up back in 2004, and revised today.

With all these old RSOCPs I'm finding on my hard disk, I'm wondering why
it took me almost 4 years to finally post one on p.b.i.

Much better clouds nowadays ! Maybe all colors should be specified with srgb
though, to better match the current linear workflow and not desaturate that
much?

You're more of an expert than me at all of this, but I'm wondering if the
reflection appearing more saturated than the actual sky is a realistic
phenomenon, or some kind of optical illusion like darker tones appearing more
saturated ? did you use conserve_energy in the finish block ?

Thanks for sharing.

sorry I was confusing the dates for each picture... So on the contrary, color
curves are much better now, but color gradients for the clouds need to be
tweaked to contrast less, this is probably hard to do, though. meybe media
clouds are more worthy of an update?
