I was just puttering around one night at the office waiting for some
"keep an eye on 'em" projects to complete so I came up with this.
Basically I wrote a program that set some parameters for random
sizing, rotation and offset within a cell area. I also randomly set
the colors in the flags for variety. It then generated the POV code
which I then C&P'd into an existing scene.

Something happened at the end of the transmission. Apparently the
message went through but the attachment didn't. I'm trying one more
time. If this fails I'll try reducing the size of the file.

The problem does seem to be with the image size being borderline.
Here's one more shot with the size cut in half.
