Yes, there was a thread last year in these group.

Anyway, I'm not sure if that "metal ball" is a retraced scene. The resolution of
common 3.1 MPix CCD Sensor format called SUXGA.

Yes, real scenes made with objects to mimic 3D rendering. It seems to me that I
saw it in the newsgroup, but maybe I'm wrong.
