The Surface pt. VI
What previously appeared as a rather calm world with signs of matter in liquid
form on the surface, now shows major planetary activity and significant changes
in local conditions.

Whatever that is, it looks disturbingly fantastic!

We need to ask ourselves: is this water? The environment is so alien
that we seem to be fooled by our familiar surroundings. I shudder to
think about the life we may meet here.

Cheers all! \o/ :)
It seems the host star in this local planetary system has entered the phase
leading to its end. The increased activity has altered the conditions of this
particular planet as well, thus the liquid matter appears to have vaporized, the
formations on the surface are in constant move, and what's left of the
atmosphere will soon be gone too.
However, the probe has also picked up some faint traces of something artificial
leaving this doomed world just before it was too late...

That's a hell of a probe to survive until now!
