A gray scale anaglyph viewable with red/cyan 3d glasses.

An angle protractor and a sheet metal gauge.
Just bits and pieces I can use in a scene.

Comments welcome;

I don't have any red/cyan glasses handy, but I might have to find some
if you're going to keep posting these. ;)

This looks gorgeous even without the glasses. I had to look up Athol,
Mass. I would have bet money that was a typo, but it's not :)

I ordered a red-cyan 3D glasses some weeks ago from Ebay. Hope it soon
arrives, then I will experiment with such things, too, and look at your
images again! :-D

StephenS,

can you publish here the source code for this scene? I purchased a
blue-red 3D glasses, and want to start creating some test scenes. Your
scene would be a good begin for me. Well, if you don't mind, that is. :-)
Thanks.

I can, but I'm not sure it will help much.
The projects native format is a Windows modelling program Bishop3d.
The output "Protractor_and_gauge.pov" is attached.
Check for font files.
The difference between fame 0 and 1:
camera location x, 0 to 0.8
camera look_at x, 0 to 0.8

That's fine. I was, actually, one of the long-time alpha and beta
testers for Bishop3D, many years ago. As such, I got the full version of
this remarkable program. :-)

Thanks, I got it. My appreciation.

Let's see, if I soon can create some interesting 3D scenes. :-)
