Okay, I used makerock.inc and I am pretty happy with the results... at 
normal image resolutions. However, it's supposed to be a sprite for a 
game, and the game only supports 1-bit transparency so I have to turn 
anti-aliasing off. The result is a pixelated mess, so I'm kind of back 
to square one. :(
