Well to flog also means to sell. At least in these Isles it does.
And there is nothing wrong with a bit of horse meat as long as your
teeth are up to it. :)

I actually find horse sausages quite tasty, with their stronger flavour
and all.

I don't know why, but the shadow (or reflection?) of the horse on the
ground gives the impression of a living, standing, animal... clever!

Take a bow, yourself. The ground texture is your AppleTex from the Moray
days.
One of the textures in the texture map has a reflection {0.1}
It looks really strange with that reflection on a plain texture.

I've only knowingly eaten it a couple of times. I suspect it was either
poorly cooked, an old horse, my teeth are getting old or all three. :-)
I liked the taste, as Clipka said it is strong.
