Here's a render I created recently.
I used Chris Colefax's Galaxy macro to create the starfield (I initially had
problems with this as the radiosity settings I was using seemed to invert
the colour of some of the stars). Thanks to MichaelJF for recommending this
macro.
The planet object came from MidnightKite's PlanetPovray code-
