Sam's Geodesic include used in separate render with spherical camera for 
the base dome image after which some image editing in GIMP. Rendered as 
single isosurface with 2 lights, red and green.

Here basically the same isosurface trick from Sam used for the ugly vase 
image, but with different mapping of the silhouette image.

Proof I am not always completely paying attention as I at first didn't 
know what you meant! Interesting site & I have pulled the base povray 
scene. If time and attention allow, I'll see if I can put together 
something and submit it.
