Again, time for a wip.

As usual, I am indebted to several people:
- Abe Madey: media code for atmosphere and clouds
- Meothuru: texture of the Gates
- Bill Pragnell: the "Moon" trick

The gate was modelled in Silo and exported through Poseray; the cobra is a 
Poser animal; the landscape was modelled with GeoControl.

Random inspiration was mixed in with some Norse mythology, Tolkien 
mythology, and Maxim Revin whom Tek made us aware off recently.
