Howdy,
I'm still calling this a work in progress but I think it's WAY better
than the first time. I still can't decide which brass I like better .... the
transom, or the bell/spittoon. I do however like the scattering media effect
around the jug, it doesn't use a density or color_map. Perhaps I need to
tweak my viewing angle in order to get more of the same effect with some of
the other objects. Fire away if you have any ideas.

That reflective window frame looks like it's shooting out of the cork in
the jug. Shift the jug or camera a bit so they don't line up.
Photographers call this a case of the sprouts, like when a telephone
pole sprouts out of someone's head. ;-)

The textures on the jugs and the wooden tabletop are screaming for
stronger antialiasing. That said, this looks pretty good.
I'm impressed by how you used the media; once most people decide that
they're willing to dedicate the extra render time to scattering media,
tend to crank it waaay up to make sure that you notice it. Your use is
delightfully subtle. At first I wasn't even sure that you were using
media at all--I just felt that there was something "right" about the
lighting that I couldn't put my finger on.

ah ... yes since it's still a WIP I used method 1 depth 0.3. better AA is
planned for the final run.

besides scattering I used a little absorption to cancel out the bluish tint
from the window and a little emission for it's final color .... btw: it took
almost 12 hrs for this render.

haha .... I misssed that. I had to move the transom a bit as I didn't like
how the tripod leg intercepted the window leading in the far window. easy
enough to move the jug just a bit, but I think I'll try a few lower quality
renders with slightly diff camera angle in hopes of picking up more of the
scattering effect. good feedback .... thanks!
