Not perfect, but just an idea. Apologies to everyone in 'the other' kind of
country.

Nice idea. Perfectly sums up the futility of commuting.
By "'the other' kind of country" do you mean where we don't drive on the
wrong side of the road :-)
Have you tried it with the street lights more orange (maybe it's just what
I'm used to)?
Regards.

nice night city. is the wait referring to people at home waiting for
people driving the infinity road who'll never come back? ;)

Hmmm, that loop looks suspiciously familiar. Just looking at it raises my blood
pressure. I am _soooo_ glad I'm living in the country now -- only have to worry
about slaloming around the odd harvester or tractor :)

I've been on that freeway before. It's especially bad when you enter it
at night. The first clue that you've made a navigational mistake is when
you merge, and your back and front bumpers touch other vehicles at the
same time. Then you begin to notice the streetlights look familiar.
Hours later, having not had any proper visual cues to warn you of your
vehicular self-iteration, and as your head hits the steering wheel from
nodding, and accidental offramp side trip brings you face-to-face with
hard times on Fender Avenue, the place which you instantly recognize as
the very same place you entered the freeway from. I hate it when that
happens.

At least that one is still a little better than this one:

LOL!! Great!! You see why I do my driving between 1-4am??? ;-D
Infact, this reminds me of a Dr Who episode last season, entire generations
of people were living their lives in this umpteen level highway and getting
eaten by giant crabs.. (yeah I know, I want some of what they're smoking
too!!) :-D

Really nice, I love the idea! You could try to make it look a bit more
like a city, once the first glance is over that impression is gone
pretty fast. Still, one of the best ideas I've seen around here lately!

Thanks! And very true. It's just that <rand, rand, rand> is a whole lot easier
than buildings, blocks, diagonal roads, parking lots, etc... Maybe worth a try
though.
