This is a test render of my new subdivision macros. The normal
interpolation is now working. The original mesh is a cube, and after
four subdivision steps, and normal interpolation, this is the result.

The one I posted earlier (on 13 January) used the same original mesh,
but subdivided it five times, instead of the four here. The normal
interpolation makes this one look smooth, whereas without it the
faceting was still obvious even at a higher subdivision level.

Now I just have to get the texture-mapping implemented, and do a small
amount of idiot-proofing, and these macros will be fit to be seen in public.

Regards,
John
