A few changes ..... I added the boardwalk in the foreground. That served two
purposes: broke up the emptiness of the fore/midground and provided a much
needed depth cue. I rotated the main scene light (10 x10 area light) 30
degrees more, that allowed the light to make it past one of the higher dunes
on the right side of the scene and made some cool foreground shadows near
the boardwalk. I relaxed the normal on the water (perhaps AA smoothed it
just a tad too much) but I think it's still okay. I was also able to play
with the fog definition a bit so it doesn't look as saturated and fake as
the previous version.

"Red sky at night ..... sailors delight!"

Thanks everyone for the feedback that enabled me to work out the kinks .....
I'm pretty pleased with this version!

Jim

Nice, if a little dark.
Realy like your clouds, much more natural looking now.

perhaps .... no sure but I think I've noticed a difference between
light/dark (contrast) from the last release to the current (non-beta). Has
anyone noticed this?

Thanks!!!! I'm going to play with cloud settings for different times of the
day so I can use my clouds in others scenes.
