I planned to start experimenting with animation in Blender. However I got
sidetracked rendering the model I was meant to be learning to animate, and I
thought it came out pretty cute.
Exported using povAnim, and rendered with focal blur and radiosity.

Nice form and execution.
Spots on torso seem collinear - or am I just joining the dots.

very cool, i can imagine it running in blender now :) the rigging and
animation tutorial i followed once was really easy. you've probably seen
it... the one where you make the gingerbread man run.

It's just the leopard pattern straight up, so roughly flat surfaces will
have pretty even dots on them.
