Yeah, if you mess around long enough you'll come up with something to
render. In this case I dreamed it, after eating some rather suspicious
seafood. All spheres and cones.

Yech. Looks repulsive - very well done.

Wow, cool! I especially like the lighting, adds a lot to the image.

Keep this up,
Florian

Thanks, Stefan. It DOES look repulsive. I've done a few small animation
tests with it (really repulsive) but don't yet have full control of the
splines so it can stalk across parking lots, waving cars and people in the
air. It's going to take a little more engineering than the usual bones
based mesh deformation. But it's coming <ominous backgound music> BTW,
nice website at Polar Design Solutions.

....and is best eaten when live.

I'd say "Thank you Bill for the idea" but I don't believe the phrase exists
in
that language. Substituting the parasite for the turkey in a Norman
Rockwell style Thanksgiving dinner scene would be cool, with Warf offering
the blessing. Now I gotta model Klingons!

See the proto-animation at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUO1CsHJPYs It
folds down into a rather elegant six-pointed structure.

It's remind me the "Mind Worm" in the "Alpha Centaury" game.
