Once you succed to do generate your own planets with their own clouds, you
will be accepted to join the ligue of interstellar cultures! Each lifeform
which has developed their version of POV-Ray becomes a candidate, and each
of those few civilizations which learns to create their own planets will
become a member of the Galactic Ligue.

I'm not sure the atmosphere would glow like that, and the clouds show no
wind-driven effects, but it's a good-looking planet for sure. :-)
