It is a very interesting picture creation. It has something. I guess, the 
connected plates on the ground are the key why your creation is interesting 
to look at. Well done! A good sense for shapes, colors, and surface details. 
Hmmm. and if you replaced the one metal connection with maybe, let's say, 
five a bit smaller ones? Not sure, though. Just an idea.

Could you explain a bit how you implemented the lighting in this
image? As far as I can see, lighting is the one single element
(besides focal blur) that makes the image very photorealistic.
