Yay! This is with rounded letters. ;-)

Now you see why I used CSG instead of just using a text{} object.

(If you watch closely, you'll see the letter S isn't smoothed yet. This 
would require lots of manual playing with cylinders and torii...)

Now, if I can just fix the *rest* of the image... :-\
