Very nice. Is that Victoria?
I recognize the despair poster on the left, but what is the picture on
the right?

It's one of those stupid motivational picks companies waste money on to
decorate their offices. I hate those things and one of the first things I
did when I started doing 3D graphics was to rip them. This isn't done in
Pov but enjoy anyway. By the way, great work, Tim, keep it going.

Actually, that's the picture on the left. "Your military left," as one
of my drill sergeants used to say.
Actually, it's a spoof pic, done in the same style. IIRC, the quote at
the bottom is "Perhaps the purpose of you life is to serve as an example
to others," meaning that one has made such a mess of things that others
will take note and learn something.
But I would be interested in knowing the title of the painting on the right.
Regards,
John

Aiko 3. (though V. would've worked just as well, since it's just a
silhouette)

JW Waterhouse's 'Pandora'.
I wanted the wall hangings to be relevant to the rest of the image...the
"dysfunction" despair poster would've worked too, but been a little
abrasive...not that "mistakes" isn't, but at least it has the
hopefulness of other people learning something from them...

I like your use of the shadow concept. Very evocative.

My bad. :O) I was so excited at the chance to rip those things. Didn't
realize that Tim's piece was satirical too. Would love to see more rips on
them. God, how I hate those pics. Companies spend a small fortune on them
but it's like pulling teeth to get them to spend money on things that
actually allow you to do your job more effectively. It's why I hate work.

Try http://www.despair.com
I've always wanted to hang up Disservice in my office, but I would have to
hide it whenever the corporate office comes to visit.
