I pricked my finger twice looking at that picture.
Very well done. The lighting came out great and the shapes are very

Exceedingly nice - what is an echorcheuse? A scrubber like Darren said? Got
a very frightening, threatening look to it - looks a bit sci-fi to me as
well. Goooood!
Darn, why can't I figure out HDR and use it like this... (green with envy :)

It looks like the offspring of a cafetiere filter plunger and a cactus.
Very nice image though! Lovely reflections. I especially like the dimples in
the floor plates.

Looks like a metal organism, really frightening!
I like the lightning very much, too. Warm and cosy in the upper right as a
Three questions:
Is a children proof container available on the market yet?
Was it helpfull to use MegaPov compared to plain POV-Ray for this scene?
The larger spikes: are they a isosurface or a union of 3 or 4 cones?
Wonderin how it'd look in cell shading ;-)
Yours,
Bu
