it made me laugh, so when you are trying to acchieve that, you can say this
is it :-)

But to win the IRTC, it may need a bit of tweaking on lights and
surroundings

Nice image, but with that loop in the elastic band there needs to be a 
twist to go with it. Or if you add a second loop correctly, you can do 
without the twist.

    GRRR... You spotted it! :)  Would you believe I copied an elastic band 
from my desk that looked like what you're explaining but I didn't bother 
with the second loop? Yes, I guess so...  ;)

I like it this way. It is an image of a rubberband with a twist
(pun intended). I actually thought it was intended.

There where? "There" to what's likely to win the round ( A single-object 
study with rad )? Yes. Still, not really minimalist in any way in which

actually not clear in this image that the 'blackness' is a wall and finishes 
at the end of those tiles... ;)

  Thanks Jim, I 'love' that image, but I thought the rivets used were too 
unminimalistic, i.e., too complex to be minimalist. I'll have a play and see 
what happens.

   Or both. Jim, seriously, you help me. Thanks, I sincerely appreciate it. 
(I've played with the gigantic rubber band, and it looks good, but I feel I 
might submit a few images this time - double loop to come though...)  ;)
