Or at least the start of some eyeglasses.  Test of lens+focal blur.  It 
does in fact focus.  ^^

Focal blur settings ridiculously low, arpeture 2.0, samples 20, 
confidence 0.1, variance 0.9.  Enough to get the idea across in a short 
period of render time.
