Years ago I submitted the Terminating resistor to this newsgroup. I recently
found the source code and through I'd make it a little more interesting. Any
comments?

Phil

0. Looks nice -- reflective resistor and a checkered plane?
1. Would love to see the original
2. Round_Cylinder

Pretty much, you can have the source code if you really want.

Not sure you would but here it is anyway. This was done way back in 1998.
All I can say is that the model is semi-decent but the composing of the shot
leaves much to be desired hence the rework.

Not a bad idea, I'll have to try that out.

Very nice. You don't realise the detail involved until you try to
render one, do you?

A couple of years ago I started to build a library of various RF
connectors (whenever I got bored;) intending to use them for a pov
chess set, not an original idea. Then I came across this site last
year
http://www.leapsecond.com/pages/chess/
and lost enthusiasm :-/

Nice. I like the color/lighting/mood. Move the camera just a
hair to the right and you've got a desktop wallpaper :)
