Hallo!
Saturday I've written a simple macro in order to generate a banner based on
a logo I've seen somewhere.
After reading Warp's scattering media example I've removed area light and
added media, now the spotlights are better.
There is perhaps some light artifact on the letters, but the cardboard imho
is ok.
Sourcer in p.b.s..
Anyone know how avoid these light artifacts?
Thank you in advance,
;-)
Paolo

I don't think those annoying yellow bits are artefacts.
They are the result of refraction and internal reflection through the orange
glass letters.
You can see this clearly when you set the text string to gooooogle!
They show up on the right only.
This being so, you can:
move your spotlights;
move your point of view;
change the geometry of the letters (non-parallel surfaces);
change the optical properties of letters (opaque or scattery)
Good luck.
