For anyone who may not understand the graphs in the documentation on 
scattering media, I have created a set of images that depicts 
scattering. The red light is going away (think doppler for the 
convention I used), whereas blue is heading toward. At the top is an 
array of cylindrical lights eminating from the center, which gives all 
angles.

They've been placed on the POV-Ray wiki, now :) They are on the media 
page, torward the bottom under the examples link.
