The heightfield is horrible! Reminds me of my very first attempts at 
modeling a landscape from a topographic map, back in 1996...

Yeah, as it turns out, I had a better scene with a lower res height map!
This program just gets confusinger and confusinger.
This image is using the 1000x1000 hf map, the previous one was 5000x5000
