T.I.P. about 30% done, very slow render with
dispersion, refraction, reflection, focal blur, media,
fogs and light sources...

InCrEdIbLe!!!!!!

Very very nice - one of the most realistic looking scenes I've ever had the
privilege to see.

WOW

Yes, I like this.
The title suggests a cosmological, multi-universe, approach. But looking
carefully into a glass of (bubbling) water seems equally valid.

The render have been running for more than 790 hours now.
(Ok, it's not the fastest machine around, a 2GHz Athlon,
but with 2G of ram. Good thing I've got UPSes!)

If you want to animated, feel free to try :)

Well, I am patient... But it's not like it's my
only computer... I work on another.

I think there is no real way of speeding up
renders others than distributing it over a large
number of machines. I'm not there yet. I'll
be patient... for a while, at least.
