Wow!  That is fantastic!!!  I am a newbie at POV-Ray myself and have no idea 
how you achieved the excellent cartoon style appearance.  Would you be able 
to share your technique?  How did you achieve the outline effect?

Very cute :)
I like the mix of cartoon look and realistic focal blur, it makes feel like
this cartoon character was in the real world.

I liked especially the combination of the two, because normally
you have only one of them. It makes such a wierd combination of
ray-traced and cartoonlike characters.
