I won't post again, until it's finished! :)

ToDo:

Control cables
Joystick
Rudder Pedals
MidWing Mount
Landing Struts
Inter-Plane wing (between wheels)
[wheels are actually already finished but not shown]
Shock for tail strut
Spandaus and ammo belts
Engine mounting
Wing skids
Seat
Fuel Tank
Cockpit coaming
Engine
Prop (the hardest part)
Covering

Although it sounds like a lot of work I think it will go quickly now.

Yeah, I figured out three different methods. The method that requires the
least amount of work (even though it uses more memory) is probably what I'll
use. Initially this will be a mesh model and then I'll convert it to POV
primitives. I wanted to finish an entry for povcomp, but since I just got
hit with a big A.R. job I doubt I'll make the deadline (my reason for using
AutoCAD). Normally I frown on this approach preferring pure POV instead.
AutoCAD source is currently 23Megs with a low polygon count, but peaks over
40Megs when I smooth it. I expect it will peak beyond 100Megs when
completed.

I can't wait to see it finished Grim. My airplane projects were my favorite
(and most labor intensive). I think you are right on with your mesh size
estimate. My long-ez model came in at just under a 100 I believe.
