Whoa. Fantastic. Are you aiming for photorealism? Because now it has a
cartoon/painting "feeling" that's very nice, IMHO...

Cheers.

Great colors in the clouds. Two suggestions for the clouds: soften the edges
(probably by modifying a color map) and add a little turbulence. They look a
little too smooth and bumpy.

I can't help but feel that I'd intensify the mood of the image if the moon
was a lot bigger - say 5 times bigger in diameter. You've probably made the
moon have a realistic size in accordance with the camera angle, but if you
don't mind artistic freedom, it might be worth trying out.

Anyway, great image. :)

Yeah, I've never found a moon of realistic size to look right... even in
photos, it just looks too small. Would also crank up the ambient of the
moon, to give it that slightly flatter feel. I did a moon at some point
that I'm happy with. If I find it, I'll post it, but it might be to
earth-like for your image.

Great image though. A nice idea, and you pulled it off gracefully, no
over-emphasis.

If the clouds are lighted by sunlight, the moon can never be full at that
position. Ever seen a full moon during the day?

Beautiful picture, suggests a mystic experience of nature.
