The balloon have been added in post-process because i cant import 3ds or dxf
files in povray.

I just play with a bozo scattering and emitting box and a visible light
comming from behind the box, all in a gradient sphere. It can be improved
but you can put all you want in the sky :p

...but you can make a balloon in povray!!! Just CSG, very simple!

Nice sky! However... it looks a little bit too much like water to me.
